These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Nene Inspired. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and information on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all details, including colours, packaging, and scent descriptions, will be perfectly reproduced on every screen or device.

Our fragrances are inspired by well-known designer and niche scents. We do not claim to sell or represent the original branded fragrances. Any reference to designer brands is for descriptive purposes only, to help customers identify the fragrance profile.

We reserve the right to withdraw, update, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

4. Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

4.1 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, it is simply an acknowledgement that we have received it.

A contract between you and Nene Inspired is only formed when your order has been processed, payment confirmed, and the goods dispatched. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout, including your name, delivery address, and contact details - is accurate and complete. Nene Inspired cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4.3 Age Requirement

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly sell to persons under the age of 18.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

5.1 UK Customers

Payment for UK orders is processed securely through our online checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards as shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and handled by our payment provider.

5.2 International Customers

To place an order from outside the United Kingdom, please contact us via contact@neneinspired.com we will endeavour to respond immediately.

5.3 Pricing Errors

In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 UK Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or upon order confirmation. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6.2 International Delivery

We ship internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for orders outside the UK will be confirmed upon enquiry. Please contact us via contact@neneinspired.com before placing your order to obtain a shipping quote.

6.3 Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Nene Inspired has no control over, and accepts no liability for, any customs charges applied to your order.

6.4 Delivery Delays

Nene Inspired shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier disruptions, extreme weather, customs delays, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

6.5 Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@neneinspired.com as soon as possible. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@neneinspired.com within the 14-day cancellation window.

7.2 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice

• Be unused and in their original, sealed condition

• Be in their original packaging

• Not be a product that has been opened or partially used (for hygiene reasons)

We are unable to accept returns of opened or used fragrance products unless they are faulty or not as described.

7.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@neneinspired.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs where applicable.

7.4 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

7.5 International Returns

For international orders, please contact us before returning any items. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

8. Fragrance Samples

We offer fragrance samples to help customers find their perfect scent before committing to a full-size purchase. Sample availability may vary and is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit the number of samples per customer or order. Samples are provided for personal use only and are not for resale.

9. Health, Safety & Allergen Information

9.1 Fragrance Sensitivity

Our products contain fragrance compounds and may include ingredients that are known allergens. Individual reactions to fragrance can vary significantly from person to person. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for your individual circumstances.

9.2 Patch Test Recommendation

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before applying any new fragrance, particularly if you have sensitive skin, known allergies, or a history of skin reactions:

• Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow.

• Leave for 24 hours without washing the area.

• If you experience redness, itching, swelling, or irritation, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

9.3 Known Allergens

Fragrances may contain substances listed as allergens under UK cosmetic regulations, including but not limited to: limonene, linalool, citronellol, geraniol, eugenol, coumarin, and benzyl alcohol. If you have a known sensitivity to any fragrance ingredient, please contact us at contact@neneinspired.com before purchasing and we will do our best to provide ingredient information for the relevant product.

9.4 Safe Use

For external use only. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. Keep away from eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, consult your GP before using any new fragrance product.

9.5 Adverse Reactions

If you experience a serious adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. Please also contact us at contact@neneinspired.com so we can investigate.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and design - is the property of Nene Inspired or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided our content is not altered and appropriate credit is given.

As noted, our fragrances are inspired by designer scents. All referenced brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nene Inspired is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of these brands.

11. Website Use & Acceptable Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
